PROBLEM SOLVIG WORKSHOPS
In most cases, top performing companies would use a blend of three core processes that balanced properly bring business performance:
• Strategic planning
• Daily management
• Problem solving
Problem solving is the process to be used in defining quantifiable issues and their rationale, investigate root causes, develop, test and implement countermeasures, than ensure sustainment standardization, sustainment and further improvements.
Ability to solve problems is critical – virtually in every situation where an improvement opportunity present itself. Even so, many leaders or teams are missing the ability to choose the most effective or efficient actions to solve problems, and this is happening more often that you would believe at a first glance.
Our problem solving methodology serves as a framework for achieving results by closing the gap between where our customers are, and where they want to be.
We routinely deploy out problem solving workshops to our customers in East Europe and Balkans. A typical workshop would be rolled out to groups of 6 to 10 individuals, with duration of 2-3 days, and would be targeted to help people accurately define the problem, identify the root cause, come up and manage corrective actions, and finally deliver the change.
